In the Navigation Pane, click Workplace, and then under My Work click Activities.

To work with activities associated with a record, open the record and then click Activities.
Open the e-mail activity that you want to convert.
In the Actions toolbar, point to Convert Activity, and then click the record type that you want to convert to.
In the dialog box, type the appropriate information.
By default, Microsoft Dynamics CRM is set to perform specific operations when the conversion occurs. To change the conversion operations, clear the associated check boxes.
