This task requires permissions that are found in all default marketing security roles Defined sets of privileges.The security role assigned to a user determines which tasks the user can perform and which parts of the user interface the user can view. In the Navigation Pane, click Marketing, and then click Campaigns.
Open the campaign that contains the activity that you want to distribute.
Under Related, click Campaign Activities, and open the activity that you want to distribute.
In the Actions group, Distribute Campaign Activity.
In the Subject box, type text that describes the activity, and click Distribute.
In the Confirm Distribution dialog box, select the owner of the activity.
If you are distributing an e-mail activity and you want the e-mail messages to be sent automatically, select the Mark e-mail messages automatically and close corresponding e-mail activities check box.
Click OK.

You can open a campaign to view the progress, success, failure, and completion of the distributed campaign activity.
At least one marketing list must be associated with the activity before you can distribute it. If there is no marketing list associated with the activity that you want to distribute, no activities will be created.
You can only distribute mail merge campaign activities to marketing lists that all contain the same type of record. For example, if one marketing list contains accounts Companies that might do business with your organization. and a second marketing list contains leads Potential customers who must be qualified or disqualified as sales opportunities. If a lead is qualified, it can be converted to an opportunity, account, and/or contact., the mail merge campaign activity will fail. Create a separate mail merge campaign activity for each group of marketing lists with the same record type.
