In the Navigation Pane, click Marketing, and then click Campaigns.
Click the campaign that you want to add a campaign response to.
Under Related, click Campaign Responses.
Under List Tools, on the Campaign Responses tab, in the Records group, click Add New Campaign Response.

In the list of campaign responses, click the name of the campaign response that you want to edit.
You can also create a campaign response from the Activities area. To do this, in the Navigation Pane, click Workplace, and then under My Work, click Activities. In the New group, click Campaign Response. If you create a response from this area, you must specify a value for the Parent Campaign.
To close a campaign response, open the campaign record that contains the responses you want to close, and then under Related, click Campaign Responses. Open the campaign response that you want to close, and in the Actions group, click Close Campaign Response.
