This task requires a manager, vice president, CEO-Business Manager, System Administrator, or System Customizer security role A defined set of privileges. The security role assigned to a user determines which tasks the user can perform and which parts of the user interface the user can view. In the Navigation Pane, click Settings, click Business Management, and then click Subjects.
To add a subject, under Common Tasks, click Add a Subject.

To edit a subject, in the Subject Tree, select a subject, then under Common Tasks, click Edit Selected Subject.
In the Subject dialog box, enter information or observe any noted restrictions or requirements as needed:
Title
Type a name for the subject. This is a required field.
Parent Subject
To search for and select a parent subject for the new subject, click the Lookup button .

To make the new subject a parent subject, leave the Parent Subject box empty.
