Assign a record to a user or team

Can I do this task?

  1. In the list of records, select the record that you want.

    Or, select multiple records

  2. In the Collaborate group, click Assign.
  3. In the Assign dialog box, click:
    • Assign to me

      - OR -

    • Assign to another user

      Click the Lookup button Lookup button, type the name, click the Find button Find button, double-click the user's name, and click OK.

  4. Click OK.

Notes

You can only assign a report once it has been saved.
