This task requires permissions that are found in all default service scheduling security roles Defined sets of privileges.The security role assigned to a user determines which tasks the user can perform and which parts of the user interface the user can view. All users must be assigned at least one security role in order to access the system.. In the Navigation Pane, click Service, and then click Service Calendar.
Locate and select the service activity you want to reschedule.
In the Actions group, click Reschedule.
On the Schedule Service Activity form, change any of the information you want.
Click Find Available Times.
In the Available Times list, select a time slot.
Click Schedule.
Click Save or Save and Close.
Note
You cannot reopen closed service activities. To reactivate canceled service activities, on the Actions menu, click Reactivate. The service activity will be reopened and the status will be updated to Requested. If the time is no longer available, you may get a message. To reschedule the service activity for an available time, in the Actions group, click Schedule.
