You can select which entities are available to Mobile Express users. For each entity, you can define which attributes are available on the form for the entity. You may want to create new System Views that are designed for a small device screen.
You can also define who has permission to use Mobile Express by setting the Go Mobile privilege. All default security roles include this privilege. If a user's security role gives them access to an entity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, they have the same permission in Mobile Express.
When you publish customizations, one "master" publishing mechanism publishes Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Mobile Express entities at the same time. Publishing an entity from the Customization area also publishes pending changes to the entity, as displayed in Mobile Express.
When you import and export customizations, changes related to Mobile Express are included with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM entity data. So, if you import customizations related to the Account entity, you also import changes to Mobile Express for that entity with changes to standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM forms and views. If you import customizations from a Microsoft Dynamics CRM server without Mobile Express installed, you overwrite your Mobile Express customizations.
