System Settings Dialog Box - Outlook Synchronization Tab

Can I do this task?

  1. Navigate to the synchronization settings.
  2. Make changes to when and how often incoming e-mail is checked for tracking.
    • Perform checks as new e-mail is received.
    • Look for and link incoming e-mail at intervals.
    • Send pending CRM e-mail at intervals.
  3. Specify if users can schedule synchronization and how often.
  4. Specify if users can update the data that is stored on their computer to use when offline, and how often.
  5. Specify how often the address book is synchronized.
  6. Specify whether the Get CRM for Outlook button is displayed in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  7. To save your changes and close the dialog box, click OK.
