You must have an Internet or intranet connection to use Mobile Express.
From your mobile Web browser, go to the URL for Mobile Express. Typically this is https://<CRM_server>/m where <CRM_server> is the name of the server you use to access Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Your system administrator will have the appropriate URL.
From the Home page, click an entity to access the form for the entity:
From the form, you can access system and saved views, search for records, and create new records.
Unless your system administrator modified what is available for each entity, you will see the same fields that you see in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Use Advanced Find from the main application to create and save personal views that work well on your mobile device. Views that are designed for the main application will be too wide for your device.

Some mobile devices or browsers may cause some on-screen elements of Mobile Express to be displayed with unexpected formatting.
