Assign a case to a queue

  1. In the Navigation Pane, click Service, and then click Cases.
  2. In the list of cases, select the cases that you want to add to a queue.
  3. In the Collaborate group, click Add to Queue.
  4. Click the Lookup button Lookup button, and select the queue that you want to add the case to, and then click OK.
  5. Click OK.
