Assign a case to a queue
In the Navigation Pane, click
Service
, and then click
Cases
.
In the list of cases, select the cases that you want to add to a queue.
In the
Collaborate
group, click
Add to Queue
.
Click the
Lookup
button
, and select the queue that you want to add the case to, and then click
OK
.
Click
OK
.
