In the Optional Fields area of the Map Fields page of the Import Data Wizard, the Source Fields column shows the names of the column headers in your source file. The lists in the CRM Fields column contain the existing fields in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to which you can map your column headers.
Some of the column headers automatically map to Microsoft Dynamics CRM fields based on the header names or the definitions in the data map you selected. For column headers that are not mapped to any Microsoft Dynamics CRM field, the CRM Fields list shows Not Mapped. For each unmapped column headers, you can map the column header to an existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM field, skip importing data from the column, or create a custom field to import the data from the column.
