System Settings Dialog Box - Formats Tab

If you need to back up your settings or export your settings for use in a different implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, export your settings as part of exporting customizations of a solution. More information: Export a solution

Can I do this task?

You can control how Microsoft Dynamics CRM displays numbers, currencies, times, and dates for your organization.

1. Navigate to the regional settings.

   In the Navigation Pane, click Settings, click System, click Administration, and then click System Settings.Click the Formats tab.

2. From the Current Format list, select the name of the language and locale A combination of language and geographic location used to format the display of the date, time, currency, and various measurements. that corresponds to the format that you want to use as the default format for your organization.

   If you want to customize number, currency, time, and date formats for your organization, click Customize.

3. To save your changes and close the dialog box, click OK.
