To qualify leads, you convert The process of changing or recategorizing a record from one record type to another. For example, converting a campaign response to a lead, and then converting the lead to an account, contact, or opportunity. them into opportunities Potential revenue-generating events or sales to accounts that need to be tracked through a sales process to completion. with associated accounts Companies that might do business with your organization. or contacts People who represent customers or potential customers, or individuals related to accounts. For example, an individual who purchases products or services for their own use, or an employee of an account. A contact may also be a person involved in a business transaction, such as a supplier or a colleague. or into new accounts or contacts. To disqualify leads, click the Disqualify option which closes the leads without converting them.
